Evolution of the Intersect

I originally posted this as a comment on chucktv.net. I thought I’d update it and repost it here with images.
- Intersect Test 0.1: drove MI-6 scientist Hartley Winterbottom crazy and changed him into Alexi Volkoff, murderous Russian weapons dealer.
- Intersect Test 0.2: handled by Chuck when it was little. Maybe provided reboot ability.
- Intersect 0.3: downloaded by Chuck’s dad, Stephan aka Orion. Requires a governor to prevent brain from overheating.
- Intersect 1.0: accidentally downloaded by Chuck from an email sent by Bryce. May or may not have worked for others.
- Intersect 1.1: rebuilt Intersect which was supposed to work for more than Chuck. Built on “Cypher” technology. It was blown up by a Fulcrum Trojan Horse component.
- Intersect Glasses 1.0: data update for Chuck, left by Bryce, possibly created by Orion. Chuck might get other updates off-screen, but most S4 flashes were for “older” data.
- Fulcrum Intersect Test Program 0.1: didn’t do much, but could harm others. We only know that Chuck passed it.
- Fulcrum Intersect 0.1: drive most people crazy (or kills them). However, Chuck handled it.
- Fulcrum Intersect 1.0 (really Intersect Suppression 1.0 created by Orion): Based on “Cube” technology. Worked for Chuck.
- Intersect 2.0: new data update plus revised architecture which provides abilities. Built on “Cube” technology. It was supposed to work for Bryce. It worked for Chuck.
- Intersect Glasses 2.0: gave temporary abilities for anyone. It had few, if any, side effects because the abilities are temporary.
- Ring Intersect 2.0: based on stolen CIA and Fulcrum tech. It worked for Shaw, but requires governor sooner than the previous versions of the Intersect. Who knows if this was ever recovered from the Ring’s subway lab.
- Intersect Suppression 2.0: hand-held version in Orion Cave. Chuck’s mom, Mary aka Frost, used it on Chuck to “keep him safe”. It worked, but Mary couldn’t use it on Volkoff until his weapons network was dismantled.
- Intersect Mobile 2.1: Orion’s laptop which later included bug fixes from Ellie. It still erased some personality when the subject was not Chuck (similar to 0.1, just not as severe). Both Gretas were wearing large watches, presumably governors. Damaged to the point Chuck could retrieve and image, but not the Intersect program.
- Intersect Suppression 2.1: Decker/CIA’s glasses version that was based on Orion’s device (and maybe Ellie’s research).
- Intersect Glasses 3.0: accidentally downloaded by Morgan. We have no idea what they did, if they require a governor, or if these even worked.
